After a two-year hiatus due to the corona pandemic, “Boot Düsseldorf”, the world’s largest boating and water sports fair, is returning to the big stage, opening its doors at its famous location in Messe Düsseldorf from January 21 to 29, 2023, bringing with it the premieres of the leading of world manufacturers of yachts, sailboats, marine engines and equipment for water sports.
During the duration of the fair in Düsseldorf, participants will have the opportunity to connect through the exchange of experiences, lectures and exhibitions in the mega-salon areas of the fair. Almost 1,500 exhibitors will be distributed in 16 pavilions on an area of 220,000 square meters, which corresponds to the size of 31 football fields. Listening to the market and considering that dinghies are in trend, the organizers of the fair have secured the entire hall number 9 especially for them for that part of the nautical offer.
In addition to bringing together all the world’s giants in the nautical industry, the German Boot fair is open to amateur sailors, numerous sea lovers, as well as to all interested persons who will be able to get a range of relevant information first hand. For example, working outside the office led to an increase in boat sales because people on vessels started working online and making better use of their time. The result of this digitization can also be seen in the design of ships, they have become larger, with more comfortable interiors and adapted to the new age.
The Croatian nautical industry will also participate in the fair in Düsseldorf, offering standard information about moorings and other services that our nautical tourism offers throughout the year. ACI, the largest chain of marinas in Croatia, will present the project of the future ACI Marina Rijeka in Porto Baroš for this occasion. In addition, ACI will present the fair’s visitors with the most luxurious and modern marina in Croatia – ACI Marina in Rovinj.
