We are proud to announce the 15th edition of the Crofish Fair, the leading international event in the field of fishing, fishing equipment, aquaculture, sport fishing and water sports. The fair will be held from November 24 to 26, 2023 in the beautiful city of Poreč, in the Žatika hall.
Crofish is the only event of its kind in Croatia that offers a diverse program for all ages in one place, so it is an ideal opportunity for everyone who wants to learn about the latest equipment and materials for fishing, aquaculture and sport fishing, to see modern and traditional vessels, hear current information about the state of fishing or watch sports competitions.
In addition to the rich fair program where companies from Croatia, Italy, Slovenia and Spain exhibit, the fair also offers numerous professional lectures. Along with an analysis of the state of Croatian marine fisheries and an introduction to the new program period of the fisheries financing program, we will talk about invasive species, the impact of climate change and the preservation of natural wealth and resources, intellectual property and innovations in the field of the blue economy.
Holding this type of event aims to promote the development of aquaculture and the fishing market, to strengthen the position of fishing products in the local diet, to encourage the construction of fishing infrastructure, to improve business cooperation and access to fishing, to encourage production, export and competitiveness of fishermen, therefore the fair is an ideal platform for the exchange of experience and idea, strengthening ties in the fishing community and promoting sustainable fishing as an extremely important sector for this region.

In addition to the exhibition and professional program, at the fair all those interested will be able to experience the charms of diving in a heated pool, taste specialties based on sea and freshwater fish prepared by top Croatian chefs from various parts of Croatia, while the youngest will be able to participate in creative workshops and educational performances. character or to cheer at sports events.
A unique opportunity to see historical and fishing boats and vessels of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Defense for free will be available to all those interested who head to Poreč’s waterfront, and can complete the experience with a ride on the Crofish tourist train.
